We are hiring:

Position 1 – Bridge the Gap Outreach Worker

Changing Futures – new partnership with Surrey County Council

 

Surrey County Council has partnered with a number of charities and voluntary organisations like us, to deliver an assertive outreach programme for people with multiple disadvantage over the next 2 years.

They will be funding 2 full time (job share/part time welcomed) positions to work from The Hope Hub to deliver this key programme.  More details on this national programme funded by Department for Levelling up Housing and Communities can be found here:  Changing Futures – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

To work as an assertive outreach worker through a commissioned project under the Changing Futures agenda funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. The project is commissioned by Surrey County Council to deliver flexible, trauma informed, person centred outreach support to individuals with multiple disadvantages. This role will primarily work in the Borough of Surrey Heath and support other Alliance Partners in nearby boroughs as required.

The post is required to cover the following hours. The requirement is a mix of homeworking, outreach into the community and some office based time as required.

Specifically:

Available to cover the following hours

Monday 8:30am – 2:30pm

Tuesday 3:30pm – 8:00pm

Thursday 9:30am – 12:00pm

Friday 3:30pm – 8:00pm

Saturday 9am- 12pm (alternate weeks – to be available by phone for outreach calls).

The Hope Hub is delighted to be recruiting for a brand new Emergency Accommodation Service (EAS) run in partnership with Surrey Heath Borough Council.

We have a number of new positions available in our new EAS team for which you will be fully trained and supported reporting into our Emergency Accommodation Supervisor.

Position 3

An exciting new Emergency Accommodation Service has opened in Camberley. We need you if you have an interest and passion to help those who find themselves homeless and be part of the Evening and the Overnight Team at The Hope Hub. Full training will be given and you will report into our Emergency Accommodation Supervisor.

Are you looking for some added hours from your regular job? Are you looking to gain more experience in working in areas of homelessness and housing? If so, a bank (cover) position may be right for you.

We have a number of positions available for evening and overnight cover.
