We’re here to help with rising energy costs. Starting April 2025, The Hope Hub will offer free, tailored energy support for Surrey Heath residents—thanks to funding from the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme. Learn how to save energy, cut costs, and feel more in control at home.
WHAT THE ENERGY SERVICE OFFERS:
This exciting new initiative provides a range of flexible services to support people from all backgrounds, especially those experiencing or at risk of poverty. Services include:

Telephone appointments for quick, accessible energy advice with trained Energy Advice Workers

1:1 energy analysis sessions to identify ways to reduce energy usage and lower bills

Interactive workshops offering hands-on tips, tools, and guidance for practical energy savings

In-home visits (where appropriate) to help improve energy efficiency and tackle common household challenges
PROJECT GOALS
Through this project, The Hope Hub aims to:
