WHAT THE ENERGY SERVICE OFFERS:

This exciting new initiative provides a range of flexible services to support people from all backgrounds, especially those experiencing or at risk of poverty. Services include:

• Telephone appointments for quick, accessible energy advice with trained Energy Advice Workers

• 1:1 energy analysis sessions to identify ways to reduce energy usage and lower bills

• Interactive workshops offering hands-on tips, tools, and guidance for practical energy savings

• In-home visits (where appropriate) to help improve energy efficiency and tackle common household challenges

• Empower residents to take control of their energy usage

• Reduce household energy costs through simple, sustainable actions

• Increase confidence by offering practical, non-judgmental education and support
