Getting Help for Rough Sleepers

If you see someone sleeping rough, the best way to help is by reporting their situation to StreetLink. This ensures they can access the support they need as quickly as possible.

How to Report

Visit the StreetLink website www.streetlink.org.uk or download the app.

  • Provide Details – Share as much information as possible, including the location where the person is sleeping (be specific).
  • A description of the individual to help outreach teams identify them.

Submit Your Report – Once submitted, StreetLink will pass the information to the relevant local authority (Surrey Heath) or outreach team (The Hope Hub

What Happens Next?

The Outreach team from The Hope Hub will visit the location to offer the individual support and encourage them to connect and engage with our services. You can request an update on the action taken through StreetLink.
