    Opening Hours

    Outreach Services: Monday – Friday: 8am – 8pm  |  Saturday: 9am – 12pm

    Day Services: Tuesday – Friday: 9.30am – 3.30pm with CRISIS drop in from 10am -2pm.

    Others by appointment:

    Surrey Safe Havens

    In person and online mental health crisis support available in Aldershot, Guildford, Woking, Redhill and Epsom. Open on weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays

     

     

    Crisis Helplines  

    Mental Health Crisis Line: 0800 915 4644 (Surrey and Borders Mental Health Crisis Helpline). Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for mental health advice and support. No appointment needed.

    Samaritans: Call 116 123 a helpline that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    What are the normal opening hours for The Hope Hub?

    Day Services: 9.30 – 3.30 Tuesday – Friday by appointment.

    Our drop-in services run from 10am – 2pm Tuesday to Friday

    What do I do if I have an emergency out of hours?

    For accommodation emergencies out of opening hours please contact Surrey County Council on 0300 200 1008 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays)

    What should I do if I am worried about someone?

    If you are concerned that someone is about to become homeless or is sofa surfing continuously and might need help, ask them to contact us or drop us an line yourself using our contact page or calling 01276 581174.

    What type of support can The Hope Hub provide?

    The Hope Hub offer the services listed above starting with the “crisis” items first. We partner with many other agencies to provide support and help people help themselves out of difficulties. We provide support for people who are currently homeless and for those recently housed to make sure they have the skills and confidence to keep their accommodation.
