This autumn and winter, The Hope Hub will be running a series of Cooking Workshops from our Day Services on Wednesdays. These sessions are designed to equip our Service Users with practical skills for preparing healthy, affordable meals — while also providing nourishing food for everyone to share.
What’s Included
Our workshops will cover a range of cooking skills and ideas, including:
🥣 Soup making – warming, healthy recipes for colder days
🥤 Smoothie making – quick and nutritious drinks
💷 Cooking on a budget – making meals go further with limited resources
These hands-on sessions are not just about cooking — they’re about building confidence, encouraging healthier lifestyles, and learning skills that support independence.
Community Engagement
While this programme is primarily for our Service Users, we are excited to share that we will also be offering three special community workshops, giving local residents a chance to get involved, learn new skills, and connect with the work of The Hope Hub.
With Thanks to Our Funders
This programme has been generously funded by the Frimley Fuel Allotments and the Morrisons Foundation, whose support helps us provide opportunities that truly change lives.
