Persimmon Homes Thames Valley Donates £3,000 to The Hope Hub

A Generous Gift Supporting Local People in Crisis

We’re delighted to announce that Persimmon Homes Thames Valley has donated £3,000 to The Hope Hub, helping us continue our mission to prevent and reduce homelessness across Surrey Heath and surrounding areas.

Welcoming Our Supporters

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming members of the Persimmon Homes Thames Valley team and local Councillor Mary Glauert to The Hope Hub. During their visit, they met with our staff and volunteers, and saw first-hand how we support people facing crisis.

From emergency food, clothing, and ID support to longer-term empowerment services like housing referrals, benefits advice, and life skills coaching — our holistic approach is made possible by the generosity of supporters like Persimmon Homes.

Meeting Urgent Needs in Challenging Times

This donation comes at a critical time. The ongoing cost-of-living crisis continues to increase the demand for our services.

In the last financial year (April 2024 – March 2025):

  • We supported 269 individuals

  • We served over 5,000 meals

And those numbers continue to rise each month.

Making a Lasting Difference

The contribution from Persimmon Homes Thames Valley will directly support our frontline services, helping vulnerable individuals regain stability, security, and a renewed sense of hope.

We are truly grateful for their support.

Thank You

A heartfelt thank you to Persimmon Homes Thames Valley for standing with us and helping to make a lasting difference in the lives of local people.
