Job Title: 18 – 30 WELLBEING CASE WORKER
Hours: 22 hours per week ordinarily worked between 9.30am – 3.30pm Tuesday-Friday
Salary: £16.00-16.22 per hour

About the role
This NEW post is in partnership with Rentstart, Elmbridge and also with Guildford Action and Oakleaf. THH and Rentstart will co produce Services for young people and share and interact with Guildford Action/Oakleaf to research beneficiary support for young people aged 18-30 with an emphasis on suicide prevention.
