The Hope Hub (THH) is delighted to be one of 11 Alliance organisations partnering with Surrey County Council to deliver the Changing Futures Programme, a vital initiative aimed at supporting individuals facing multiple disadvantages over the long term.

As part of this transformative effort, THH’s dedicated frontline team of three is actively delivering the Bridge the Gap programme. This initiative provides tailored support to help individuals overcome barriers and achieve sustainable positive outcomes in their lives.

We are thrilled to see the success and growing recognition of the Changing Futures Programme and are committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
