Warm Hub and Warm Welcome Space for our community

Warm Hub : Tuesdays & Thursdays : 10am – 2pm 

Open to all aged 18+, no appointment needed.

 

We are pleased to be a warm hub for the Community again from 1 November 2023 – 31 March 2024.  As winter fast approaches, heating bills and utility costs increase and place a huge strain on many households. Thank you to Surrey Heath Borough Council for funding us again and come warm up with us.

Warm Welcome Space: Wednesdays & Fridays : 10am – 3pm

Open to all aged 18+, no appointment needed.

We are pleased to also have received funding from Surrey County Council to be part of their warm welcome spaces programme. This is different from the warm hub offering and will be available on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the winter until 31 March 2024.

We will be providing:

  • A warm welcoming environment for people to drop in
  • Lunch and refreshments
  • Giving out a limited number of free fuel support vouchers (must meet the qualifying criteria)
  • Bitesize training on:
  • Money management
  • How to be energy efficient
  • Cooking on a budget and…
  • Back by popular demand!  Our Pop up cooking workshops at the Old Dean and The Hope Hub
