Discover Your Path to Wellness

These workshops will help you explore how you can plan more wellbeing into your day and build habits that create long-term wellness. All workshops are confidential, focused on “what works” and run in a supportive environment.

You can attend individual workshops or sign-up for all.

Time: 10:30 – 12:00 (includes lunch at 12)

Workshop Dates & Outline

Building Your Wellbeing

17th May, 24th May, 31st May 2023

Research tells us that there are 5 factors that effect our wellbeing and many ways to add each of these factors into our daily lives. In these sessions we will look at each factor and convert the general findings into wellbeing practice that work for you.

 

Building Good Relationships

5th July & 12th July

A sense of belonging is an important human need but while relationships can be a great source of happiness but also suffering. In these sessions we will look at what works when it comes to building good relationships.

Transforming Struggle to Thriving

26th July & 2nd August

Is your suffering pointless or is it useful to you? Struggling can be unpleasant but can deliver growth and open up new opportunities. In these sessions we will explore how to convert struggle into thriving.

 

Confidence (online)

9th August & 16th August

In this online session we will explore:

  • Exploring your skills and strengths.
  • Ways to use your strengths everyday.
  • Practices to build self-esteem.
