The Hope Hub is delighted to be part of the Surrey Alliance Partnership delivering the Changes Futures Programme over the next two years. This national trial across 15 counties provides us with two full time Outreach Workers delivering services to people with multiple disadvantage from 08.00-08.00 Monday to Friday and 09.00-12.00 on Saturdays. Our Service Users have helped develop the logo for Changing Futures and will be contributing to shaping future services as part of this key initiative.
