This could include feedback on what’s working well, an opportunity to voice any concerns or to make any suggestions on how we can improve. If you would like to provide us with any feedback, you can do so by completing the Microsoft form below. Feedback will be collated by Helen Robinshaw who will aim to respond within 5 days. Any urgent matters should be communicated on the day of your shift to a staff member.
