A buzzy day at The Hope Hub on Friday 12th May when we welcomed Lloyds Bank Foundation (a current funder), Surrey Heath Local MP, Rt Hon Michael Gove and a Director of Lloyds Banking Group. They talked with Service Users, observed a cookery and digital mentoring session and then gave out some certificates, including a few for our fabulous volunteers!

We then had a useful discussion about the housing crisis / affordability. Everyone engaged postively in listening to some ‘outside the box’ solutions so can help reduce homelessness, poverty and break the cycle. We remain convinced this is possible if all Government tiers work collectively to work with smaller proven charities, funders, faith groups, community, philanthropists and more!
