This Small Charities Week, The Hope Hub is proud to be part of The Big Give’s match-funded campaign, running from 23–30 June 2025. For one week only, every donation you make will be doubled, thanks to the generosity of our match-funding partners.

Why It Matters
Homelessness isn’t just a housing issue — it’s a complex web of barriers, crisis moments, and isolation. At The Hope Hub, we walk alongside people facing homelessness, poverty, and vulnerability, offering tailored one-to-one support to help them move from crisis to stability.
This includes:
- Emergency food, clothing, and ID support
- Housing referrals and benefits assistance
- Life skills development and employment coaching
Real Lives, Real Change
Clive, aged 68, came to us after the van he had been living in was impounded. He had lost everything — his shelter, stability, and hope. Through our support, Clive now has safe accommodation, financial security, and is rebuiling his life.
